We truly value your business and are committed to ensuring your experience with us is as seamless and satisfying as possible. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns below.

Important Regulatory Note: As a provider of cannabis THC products, CleanCarts.us operates in strict compliance with all relevant state and local regulations concerning the sale, distribution, and return of these items. Your understanding and adherence to these laws are appreciated.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Due to the rapid nature of our fulfillment process for regulated products, cancellations outside of this window may not be possible. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately via our website’s chat support or by emailing us at  sales@CleanCarts.us 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, including all seals, accessories, and any promotional materials. For safety and regulatory reasons, products with broken seals or opened packaging cannot be returned.
  • For THC vape cartridges, cannabis concentrates, and disposable THC vape devices: These items are generally not eligible for return once opened or used due to hygiene reasons, product integrity, and strict regulatory guidelines, unless they are proven to be faulty upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have received a faulty item.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may be subject to a partial refund or rejection of the return.

To initiate a return:

Please contact our customer service department via our website’s chat support or by emailing us at sales@CleanCarts.us. Do not send your product back until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions from our team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to a confirmed fault on our part. This will be communicated upon approval of your return.

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team along with your RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items Upon Arrival (DOA – Dead On Arrival)

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with detailed information and clear photographic or video evidence. We will promptly assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate, including covering return shipping costs if the fault is confirmed by our team.
